This is normally due to overheating. This can be just because it is hot weather, that you are using it for long periods of time and doing processor intensive stuff, you have a virus that is abusing your computers resources, of your laptop is full of dust/ fan not working.

This is a common issue with laptops. They are designed for intermittent use, and don't take to kindly to prolonged use, especially with HD video.

To help with this situation, put some spacers under the feet of your laptop, buy a cooler, and make sure the vents on your laptop are clean.

You can also select "power saver" in your power options. This will make your pc run slower, but it will consume less power, and as a result, not get so hot!

To translate a scanned document you need to use OCR (optical character recognition) when scanning the document.

The OCR software normally comes with your printer/scanner (if supplied).

Once the document is scanned with OCR, you can cut and paste the text into your favourite translation service.

Calculating Equalisation time is quite complex. I do not meet many people who have a full grip of why to EQ, when to EQ and for how long.

The frequency of corrective equalizations will vary by system due to factors such as operating temperature, frequency of cycling and depth of discharge. Loss of capacity, imbalance and low specific gravity readings are indicators.

Many systems provide the option to schedule automatic preventative equalizations. These may be scheduled to run for 1-2 hours to balance and remove any buildup of sulfation that has accumulated between corrective equalizations. As noted, HYDROCAPS should be removed during these procedures.

Many systems offer the ability to program Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD), triggering an alternate power source (often a generator) to kick in, preventing over-discharge of the battery bank.  By default, this may be set by the manufacturer at 1.75 VPC.

s a personal choice. Allowing the battery bank to discharge to a lower voltage will reduce over all cycle life. The higher the set point may result in more frequent use of a generator when discharge reaches the low voltage cut-off.

To prolong battery cycle life, we would recommend setting LVD between 1.85 VPC to 1.95 VPC, adjusting up or down to reflect how often you wish to run the generator or alternative power source when discharge reaches the programmed set point.

The size of the inverter depends on the size and type of loads you will be applying to it. You also need to consider the peak consumption of devices. A 1 KW motor will require 3-5 times its FLC on start up. Sizing your inverter requires detailed information about your usage.

For residential use we only recommend pure sine wave inverters. A pure sinewave inverter can supply power to any appliance.

To prime your swimming pool pump.

• Get a bucket and fill it with with pool water.
• Take the lid off the pump basket.
• Pour water in the basket.
• As the water rises it should drain down the pipes feeding the pump.
• It may take quite a lot of water.
• When the basket area is full put the lid back on securely.
• Turn on the pump with just the bottom drain open to the inlet of the pump.
• You may need to do this several times.
• once water is flowing turn on each inlet tap, giving time to settle.
• One poorly designed pools, you may need to turn the taps slowly, so as to not introduce too much air at once.

Black grout is caused by algae. For small areas you can put a chlorine tablet directly onto the affected area (you may need to use a stone to weigh it down). After several days you should see that you grout is white again.

For large areas grind out all the affected grout and regrout.

Yes they are expensive, but we use a lot less of these chemicals and they are the only chemicals that we have found to give the "polished" look to the water.

Chlorine is a very aggressive chemical when not diluted to the levels required in your swimming pool. If the tablets are placed in your skimmer baskets high concentrations of chlorinated water will sit in your skimmer. When your pump starts this high dose of chlorine is what hits your equipment first. This results in damage to your pump, o'rings and rubber seals.It also damages the skimmer area by making the plastic brittle.

You don’t want your pool filter pressure to get above 20 PSI, which can cause damage to the filter. Maintaining the proper functioning of the filter is important with periodic backwashing and cleaning the filter when appropriate.

Several reasons can cause cloudy water but the most common is low sanitizer or having the pH out of balance but especially high pH. High total dissolved solids can also make your pool water cloudy. Metals like copper and iron and phosphates can also contribute to cloudy water. Proper filtration of the pool water is also a must.

You probably did not keep a proper level of sanitizer in the pool and allowed algae growth. You can also get "chlorine lock", this is where the level of stabilizer is so high that the chlorine can't work, no matter how high the chlorine level is.

Most of the chemicals you add into your pool (especially chlorine) are designed to work in a certain pH range (normally 7.2-7.6). If you add chemicals to that pool and the pH is either too high or too low, then these chemicals will not react with the water the way they’re supposed to and thus not work properly.

There are a few things to check prior to putting in a support ticket.

1. remove the power, from the telephone adaptor, for 30 seconds. Then reapply the power. After 2 minutes you should see 3 green lights (they maybe flashing).
2. Check the phone is plugged in to the telephone adaptor, and that it is in the correct socket.
3. Reset all your equipment, this includes the WIFI router and the power supply for your antenna.
4. If your phone is cordless, check it is charged.

If your phone is still not working, please submit a support ticket.

Free VPN's are available, there are 2 main issues:

2. Data security. Nothing is free on the internet, so think why someone may offer a free VPN.
